Order Status

If you want to know the status of your order, do one of the following two steps:

Confirmation Email

When you place an order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order. In this same email there is a "VIEW ORDER" button that redirects to a web page where you can check the status of your order.

Order History

All your orders are registered in a panel on your web page account here. To view the status of your order click on the order number.
